Terms of service

These Terms of Service apply to purchases and use of the Next Gen Bazaar website at www.shopnextgenbazaar.com. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Next Gen Bazaar. Read these terms together with the product description, any product-specific licence, our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Our products
Printed T-shirts and hoodies are physical products, made to order and shipped to the delivery address supplied at checkout. Clothing listings specify what is included, the fit and available sizes. Use the size chart before purchasing. The production and delivery estimates shown are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
We also sell downloadable eBooks, planners, spreadsheets, printable artwork and design resources. For digital download listings, no physical item, printed book, frame, device, software subscription or printing service is included. Product descriptions explain what you receive. Mockups illustrate possible use and may include props or layouts that are not part of the download.
2. Placing an order
Provide accurate contact and billing information and use a payment method you are authorised to use. You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract or act through a parent or guardian who does. Review the product, currency and final checkout total before paying. Prices and offers can change for future orders; changes do not retroactively alter a completed purchase.
If a material listing or price error is discovered, we will contact you to explain it and offer the choice to proceed on corrected terms or cancel for a refund. We will not impose an additional charge without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will notify you and refund it.
3. Delivery and access
For printed apparel, production begins after order processing and payment confirmation as applicable. Shipping charges and payment options are shown at checkout. Tracking details are supplied after dispatch. Mixed orders can be fulfilled in separate parts. See our Shipping Policy for delivery information.
After payment confirmation, follow the download or access instructions provided with your order. Delivery may involve a file, ZIP archive or PDF containing an access link. Keep your order confirmation and save a backup of your files. If access is missing or not working, contact us rather than purchasing the same item again. We do not promise a particular delivery channel, automatic updates or perpetual hosted access unless the listing expressly includes it; we remain responsible for supplying what was promised.
4. Compatibility and printing
Check the stated file formats, software and device requirements before ordering. A printable or annotatable PDF is not necessarily an editable template or fillable form. Spreadsheet and app compatibility is limited to what the product listing states. Printing quality depends on the actual pixel dimensions, chosen size, paper and printer. Colours can differ between screens and prints. These practical variations do not excuse a product that is faulty or materially different from its description.
5. Permitted use and licences
Your purchase provides the usage rights described in the product listing or supplied licence, rather than ownership of all intellectual-property rights in the material. Where no broader licence is stated, use the resource for your own personal purposes or internal professional organisation. Do not redistribute, share, resell or publicly upload the source files, access links or substantially unchanged downloads.
Commercial use of artwork or designs is permitted only where the product-specific licence expressly allows it and within its conditions. An editable file does not itself grant commercial rights. Contact us before purchase if your intended use is unclear. These terms do not withdraw broader rights expressly granted with an earlier purchase.
6. Responsible use of resources
Educational resources, budget templates and health or professional planners are tools for learning and organisation. They are not individual medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Check calculations, AI-generated outputs and relevant official requirements before relying on them. No product guarantees income, investment returns, exam results, professional credits, health outcomes or business success. Keep sensitive patient, customer and workplace information in systems approved for that purpose.
7. Refunds and problems
Our Refund Policy explains change-of-mind requests, missing or faulty downloads, incorrect files, duplicate charges and refund processing. Nothing in these terms removes remedies that applicable consumer law provides.
8. Website use and third-party services
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code or infringe another person's rights. We may restrict misuse of the service where reasonably necessary, without removing rights connected with a valid purchase. Shopify hosts the store, and third-party payment, storage or software services may be used to provide access. Their applicable terms may govern their own services. Our responsibility for our products and obligations to customers remains subject to applicable law.
9. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for how personal information is handled. Never send us passwords, one-time passwords or full payment-card details when requesting support.
10. Responsibility and disputes
We aim to provide accurate listings, clothing that matches its description, and working downloads. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or results beyond the product's stated purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or prevents you from seeking remedies through competent consumer authorities or courts.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory protections that apply in your place of residence. Please contact us first if there is a problem so we can try to resolve it; this is not a condition that removes your right to use a lawful dispute process.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future website use and purchases and will show the effective date above. Changes will not retrospectively reduce the rights attached to an existing order. Save a copy of the terms and product licence that apply when you purchase.
